Your personal integrity is important to us, so we are concerned that the personal information collected about you is stored and handled in a safe and secure way. 2. What is a personal data and what is processing of personal data?
Personal data is all the information that can be linked to you directly or indirectly (with or without other information). Like for example name, image, social security number, IP address or purchase history.
Personal data processing is all forms of personal data actions such as registration, collection, storage, processing or modification, reading, use, disclosure, dissemination or other provision of data, aggregation or interception, blocking, erasure or destruction.
3. What personal data do we collect?
We collect and store the data you voluntary send to us, such as name, address, email or phone number.
We do not have access to your credit card information or social security number, these data are processed by our partners PayPal and Stripe. Their privacy policy can be found on the respective website.
4. Why do we collect your personal information?
-To process and deliver your order when shopping with us
-To contact you in case of any problems or delays of the delivery of your order
-To answer your questions if you contact our customer support via email or digital channels (including social media)

5. How do we collect your personal information?
When you buy our products or services, visit our websites as a logged in customer or otherwise contact us, we collect personal information such as name, address, e-mail address, phone number, purchase, order and usage history, IP- address and other case-related information, such as Information you provide to us at our customer service.
6. How long do we save your personal information?
We only save your personal information as long as it is required to fulfill the purpose of the process or other relevant commitments, or as long as we have to store them by law. After that, your information is deleted or unidentified so that they can no longer be linked to you.

Ride All Day AB (556926-6165) is our company and responsible for the personal data collected and processed by the company and is responsible for processing according to applicable legislation.
10. Your rights
You can contact us at any time and request information about your personal data (free of charge once a year). You can also request them to be modified, supplemented or deleted. We can delete data that has no statutory storage requirements (eg Bookkeeping Act) or if we have other legitimate reasons or are obliged to save them as for example to be able to process your order. 11. Cookies
When you visit our site, we can also collect information about you by using so-called cookies. According to the law on electronic communication (13/07/25) everyone who visits a website using cookies get necessary information on what that cookie collects. In our case it is a small textile that collects information if you are logged into our site or not, which user settings you have picked.

You can follow us on social media such as Instagram and Facebook. In these accounts, we are solely responsible for any information that we publish or can affect the publication of.
13. Are children allowed to use our services?
Our webbshop and products are not targeted to people under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information, including personal data, from children or other persons who have no legal right to use our sites or services. We delete the information if we learn that we have received personal data from a child under the age of 18 unless the law requires us to save them.
